Following his internship, he attended Michigan State University where he completed his large animal surgery residency and became board certified by the American College of Veterinary Surgeons in 2008.
With his residency completed, he returned to Oakridge as an emergency surgeon. He still serves a vital role in the day and night time emergency caseload; however, he is skilled to work with all case types and is excited to be working with elective cases during the day. His professional interests include all aspects of orthopedic and soft tissue surgery and a diverse caseload of emergency conditions.
In his spare time, Dr. B cherishes the time he spends with his wife raising their two children. He is an avid sport fan, particularly when it comes to Husker football. Go Big Red!
